    The free trial period lasts for 7 days.
  3. Do you offer multiple connections?
    Yes, of course. You can choose up to 6 connections. Connections can be from any location or IP, you can share your account with someone in another part of the world.
  4. How do I extend my service after the free trial?
    You can extend your membership after the free trial period by logging into the members area, then click onto the renew link.
  5. What services or channel are available to members?
    The best way to see what membership benefits are available is to take a free trial account. We provide access to services from the United Kingdom, Ireland, USA, Canada, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, France, Australia, Romania, Czechia, Sweden, Carribean, Greece, Russia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Mexico, Mena, Brazil, Thailand, Norway and many more, along with On Demand Movies, TV Series, Box Sets, XXX Channels and PPV channels.
  6. How much does membership cost?
    Membership fees are based on the duration and number of users. Monthly membership for a single user is as low as £7.00 GBP per month when paying annually.
  7. What software can I use to view the service?
    We recommend the Live TV Store App which works on all Android devices as well as Amazon Firestick. The service will work on any app that accepts setup from Xtream Codes API or remote m3u playlists.
  8. Where can I get my playlist information?
    Your playlist information is available in the Members Area.
  9. How do I add or remove categories?
    Yes you can. Login to the Members Area and select or deselect all of the categories you would like adding or removing from your playlist.
  10. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept an array of different payment methods including Credit and Debit Card, Crypto Currency, Direct Debit, PayPal and Bank Wire.
  11. Do you accept PayPal?
    Yes, we can accept payments through PayPal. Contact us for more information.
  12. My channels are no longer working?
    Login to the Members Area and check your account is active, if it is and your service is still not working please ensure you have the correct playlist details.
